When smoking from the electric hookah there is no intake of tar or dangerous carcinogens. There is no danger of absorbing harmful carbon monoxide or problems with second hand smoke. There is no claim that using an electronic hookah is healthier than using a traditional hookah but it doesn't take much to know the difference between inhaling the damaging carcinogens or other substances by way of burning and the safer and cleaner inhalation of atomized water vapor.
